Pregnant Hilary Duff was spotted arriving at a office building in Hollywood, Ca on Monday. Duff wore a bright pink and orange trimmed sweater with black tights and boots as she made her way to the building. Unfortunately, her mood did not match the bright colors of her sweater. She looked annoyed at the waiting paparazzi. Honestly who could blame her? She is 9-months pregnant!
